  • I installed the DONEIN.NET Site Map module but it doesn't display any of my pages.  What am I doing wrong?
    Download and install the latest version update from Snowcovered.com.  Then in the module settings screen select "No" for the Limit Site Map Based On Site Settings item.

     
  • What is the difference between your DONEIN.NET Site Map module and your DONEIN.NET Google Sitemaps module? 
    The DONEIN.NET Site Map module generates an easy-to-navigate treeview of your web site.  The DONEIN.NET Google Sitemaps module generates an XML file that is used by the Google search engine to more accurately crawl and index your web site.  Note: The Google name, the Google logo, and Google Sitemaps™ are trademarks of Google Inc. DONEIN.NET is in no way affiliated with Google, Inc. and provides no guarantee or warranty regarding the effectiveness of the Google search engine or its web site indexing capabilities.
     

  • Will the DONEIN.NET DotNetNuke modules work with DotNetNuke 5.x?  
    As of August 3, 2010, our modules have been tested and verified to work with all production releases of DotNetNuke 5.x.  Our modules may also work with various beta versions of DotNetNuke, but unfortunately we can not guarantee support on beta versions.
        
     
  • Will the DONEIN.NET DotNetNuke modules work with DotNetNuke 4.x?
    Our modules have been tested and verified to work with the 04.04.01 and newer releases of DotNetNuke.  Versions prior to DotNetNuke 04.04.01 are no longer supported.
     
  • What browsers do the DONEIN.NET DotNetNuke modules support?
    Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3.x, Chrome 2.x, Safari 4.x.  As of March 19, 2009 Internet Explorer 6 (and older) browsers are no longer supported.
     
     
  • I want to install the DONEIN.NET DotNetNuke module I purchased on more than two web sites.   Is this allowed?
    The license agreement for the Standard Edition of our modules allow for the modules to be installed on two production web sites.   If you need to install on more than two web sites you may either a.) purchase another standard edition license which will allow you to install the module on two more web sites, or b.) purchase an Enterprise Edition.  The license agreement for the Enterprise Edition of our modules allow for the modules to be installed on an unlimited number of production web sites.

     
  • I purchased a DONEIN.NET DotNetNuke module.  Are patches or version upgrades free?
    Yes, patches and version upgrades are always free.  In addition, if you wish to upgrade from the Standard Edition to the Enterprise Edition, please contact us with your original order number and we will issue a discount code that will credit you for your previous purchase.
     
     
  • Where can I purchase the DONEIN.NET DotNetNuke modules?
